Sports Therapy is designed to prevent and treat athletic injuries. Despite competitive or recreational activities, sports massage therapy aides in strengthening and maintaining muscle balance.

Recover quickly after your injuries

Sports massage therapy is unique as it not only gives the recipient relaxation, pain-relief, healing, and recovery; but also pre-emptively stimulates the body before activity to enhance performance and prevent sports injury. By targeting specific muscle-tendon junctions, sports massage and rehabilitation improves range of motion and decreases muscle soreness in athletes who receive massage before or after workouts. Sports massage therapy also trends towards reducing recovery time after workouts by promoting tissue repair, and stimulates under-used and atrophied muscles to create muscle-balance for a safer and more productive workout. Sports therapy is catered to your specific needs and regimen; whether you're a professional athlete, recovering from injury, or just like jogging with your friends. One session every 1-2 weeks is a great addition to any normal athletic regimen, but we always take care to customize our plans to work best with your schedule, level of activity, goals, and budget. Single sessions are also available.

With our experience and training, you’ll be achieving more with your body than you thought possible in no time.
